All Building permits are issued by Waterton. However, your building permit application and construction details are submitted to our office to complete the code review. Once approved, the approved documents can be sent to Waterton to then grant your Building Permit. Your fee with your building permit application will include your code review and requried inspections for the project.

Plumbing, Electrical and Gas permit applications and fees are submitted directly to our office for processing and issuance. Once issued your permit will be emailed to you, if an email address is provided on the application form.

Your permit will contain the timeframe your permit is valid for as well as the required inspections associated with your project.

Remember: All applications require a signature from the applicant.
