All building permit applications are to be submitted to the City of Brooks for processing. We are not able to operate within the City for building permitting and inspection services. Please contact the City for more information or direction on your application 1-403-362-3333.

Plumbing, Electrical and Gas permit applications and fees are submitted directly to our office for processing and issuance. Once issued your permit will be emailed to you, if an email address is provided on the application form.

Your permit will contain the timeframe your permit is valid for as well as the required inspections associated with your project.

Remember:
1. All applications require a signature from the applicant.
2. Your development permit from your municipality is NOT your building permit. All applicable safety codes permits are required.
